My name is Christi Anne, and I’m a Certified Level 2 QHHT Practitioner and the founder of Natura Essence Healing Center in Mesa, Arizona. With over 130 QHHT sessions facilitated and counting, I’ve been deeply honored to support individuals on their path to healing, clarity, and spiritual awakening.
My journey with Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, developed by the late Dolores Cannon, began with my own search for truth and healing. What started as personal curiosity quickly became a life’s calling. Today, I hold space for others to reconnect with their Higher Self, explore past lives, and access the deep inner wisdom and healing that resides within.

What is QHHT - Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)
was developed and perfected by Dolores Cannon in over 45 years of ground-breaking work. Dolores is a past life regression therapist who documented her journey in 19 published books ranging from channelling experiences with Jesus and the Essenes, ET’s and conversations with Nostradamus. The QHHT process involves guiding a person into a very relaxed state of consciousness called the ‘Somnambulistic State” through various visualization exercises. This is the natural state experienced right before you drift off to sleep and just before you wake up every day.
Unlike traditional hypnosis techniques for habits and addictions with QHHT the client is gently guided by the practitioner and not lead. Once the Somnambulistic state is reached one has access to Past Lives or experiences. The subconscious will always decide which life to reveal that will be relevant to the current life the individual is living. Certain people remember their past lives as if watching a vivid movie where others just sense the memory. It does not matter in which way the life/experience is perceived for the memory to be beneficial. Thereafter contact is made with the oversoul or higher self. This is the bigger version of yourself that is constantly communicating but mostly goes unheard due to nonstop conscious mind chatter. Contacting the Subconscious through QHHT is different to a session with a psychic as you are channelling your own higher self which eliminates information flowing through another’s filter.
QHHT is very effective for health and emotional problems. Underlying root causes of suffering are accessed which allows the releasing of energy that is not serving you by allowing the light of consciousness to shine on repressed shadow aspects. When becoming aware of a problem, it is no longer bothersome as awareness is the understanding of light. The only things that hold us back are the secrets, the shadows and our inability to see where we are stuck. QHHT allows us to clean up blockages on timelines through integration of repressed, disowned and denied aspects. We cannot be healed if our inner child or past lives aren’t healed as we are a product of our energic field.

My name is Christi Anne. I grew up in the Chicagoland area and recently relocated to Arizona to take advantage of new opportunities. I have such a passion and drive for helping others and I feel that this training has given me the ability to ask the right questions to get the client the healing and answers that they need.
