What Is QHHT?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ allows people to access a part of themselves that holds all the answers. Some call this the Higher Self, the Over Soul, the Super Conscious. With QHHT®, clients are able to have a much clearer understanding of why things are the way they are — and to ultimately create change within themselves.
QHHT® achieves the deepest level of hypnosis possible, the Somnambulistic level of trance. The Somnambulistic state is ordinarily experienced two times a day: just before becoming awake and just before falling asleep. Most hypnotists do not work in the Somnambulistic level, either because they don’t have the ability to access this level of trance, or they are wary of working in the most mysterious level of hypnosis, which can produce unexpected results, such as reliving a past life.
Past Life Regression
Past Life Regression is the cornerstone of Dolores Cannon’s QHHT® method of hypnosis, which she successfully used thousands of times over several decades. Dolores developed a tried and true formula to regress individuals to the Somnambulistic level and guide them to a past life that The Subconscious determined was helpful for them to view, including birth, daily life and important events, and death. Multiple past lives can be explored with QHHT® to discover lessons, recurring issues and karmic ties that have an effect on the present life.
Dolores Cannon’s Past Life Regression methodology made possible by QHHT® enables the certified QHHT® Practitioner to ask questions and communicate with the subject’s Subconscious to navigate multiple past lives on this and other worlds, the between life and death state where incredible information is available, and obtain answers that would be impossible to know without accessing the Somnambulistic state of hypnosis. The past lives the Subconscious or SC selects for the subject to relive are always the most relevant to their questions and the issues they face.
QHHT And Healing
Once the Subconscious (SC) has been contacted during a QHHT® session, the QHHT® Practitioner asks it to identify and explain the cause behind any problem, and then asks the SC if it is permissible and possible to heal the condition. If the SC agrees, healing is immediate, without discomfort, medication or surgery. In many cases, once the SC reveals the source of the ailment or psychological problem, a release occurs in the subject’s body and mind, and the client is freed from their condition.

The process
The QHHT process starts with the Interview during which you tell me about your intention for having the session. This includes conveying information about childhood, relationships, health, important events etc. After that I will do the induction after which we will typically visit 2-3 past lives or experiences the soul has had. Your subconscious will decide the relevance of which life/experience to reveal. After that we will connect with the higher self or over soul and ask the questions you have prepared. You can prepare a list of 10-20 Questions which are to be brought with to the session. It is easier to make one list with physical/health questions and another separate list with personal/life questions.
With QHHT we have the ability to make contact with infinite intelligence so there is not really a silly question. During the interview process we will however determine which questions are more relevant and which are mere curiosities. The relevance of which will then be finalised before the actual induction starts.
After making contact with the higher self and the questions are asked you will gently be counted out of the hypnosis session to a fully refreshed and awakened state. Thereafter we will discuss the session and go over some of the answers given.
It is important to note that the QHHT process is not rushed in any way. Clients will have the space and time to relax completely and fully express what they wish to discover. Clients will also be allowed to integrate the healing received in a safe and comfortable place. The entire session lasts about 4 – 5 hours but has been known to continue for up to 6 hours.
Preparation
It is not advised to drink alcohol or take any form of recreational drugs the day before or day of the session. Also be weary of other stimulants such as coffee or refined sugar on the morning of your session as you want to feel relaxed and not jittery. It is not necessary to go cold turkey but limit intake directly before the session. Sessions can run for up to 5 hours so prepare accordingly and bring a snack.
It is very important to have no expectations before a session. The subconscious will reveal exactly what is necessary to assist with blockages in your life. Remember that you will always be completely present and aware during the session. Afterwards clients report the feeling of: “Mmmm… I knew that all along.” Intuitively we have the answers to everything, even though we think we don’t.
In order for long-term healing to occur it is recommended that QHHT clients be allowing and receptive before and during the session. Up to three days after a session a profound amount of healing will still occur as you realize the symbolism of scenes presented, access additional information within dream states and listen to the recording at home.
